David Rudd, CEO/Founder

David Rudd is the Co-Founder of Kindred Real Estate Group at Compass, serving home buyers and sellers across San Diego County, California; the Dallas–Fort Worth area of North Texas; and the Reno–Tahoe region of Northern Nevada. With more than two decades of real estate experience, David has built his career around helping clients make informed decisions when buying, selling, and investing in residential real estate. His experience spans a wide range of transactions, from first-time home purchases and move-up sales to luxury properties, relocation, new construction, and investment real estate. David co-founded Kindred Real Estate Group with a focus on combining experienced, hands-on representation with the technology, marketing resources, and national network of Compass. Today, Kindred serves clients across three major markets: San Diego, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Reno–Tahoe/Northern Nevada. In San Diego County, David and the Kindred team work with buyers and sellers throughout communities across the county, bringing extensive knowledge of the local housing market and years of transaction experience. In North Texas, Kindred serves the greater Dallas–Fort Worth market, including Dallas, Frisco, Plano, Prosper, McKinney, and surrounding communities. In Northern Nevada, Kindred serves the Reno–Tahoe region, including Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Carson City, and surrounding communities. David is especially passionate about educating homeowners and helping clients understand the decisions that can have the greatest impact on their real estate goals. Through Kindred's educational resources, home seller workshops, market guidance, and one-on-one representation, his goal is to make complex real estate decisions easier to understand and navigate.
