David Rudd

There are good agents, and there are great agents, and David Rudd decided long

ago he was always going to be the latter. He set out to be the most educated — and

therefore, educational — real estate professional by earning his broker license and

supplementing it with appraiser and general contractor licenses. While he now

focuses all his attention on Kindred Real Estate, his vast appraisal and construction

knowledge continues to benefit his clients.

David also acquired lending expertise at Bank of America, where he became the

youngest person to serve as the company’s assistant vice president. He further

forged his real estate career with customer service, operations management, and

property- flipping experience and by co-launching what would become one of the

largest appraisal companies in the U.S. with Anthony Montroy. After the 2008

housing market crisis forced them to take a different path, David and Anthony took

time to travel the world before they came back stateside and decided to try their

hands at real estate. As if his professional background isn’t exhaustive and diverse

enough, David is also a bestselling author.

Acquiring such a wealth of knowledge across multiple disciplines would be a

deterrent for many due to the demands on one’s time and mental energy, but David

appreciates the tremendous value it offers to his clients. Along with the first-rate

team he’s built, David has crafted a unique trifecta to meet the needs of any buyer or

seller.
