There are good agents, and there are great agents, and David Rudd decided long ago he was always going to be the latter. He set out to be the most educated — and therefore, educational — real estate professional by earning his broker license and supplementing it with appraiser and general contractor licenses. David also acquired lending expertise at Bank of America, where he became the youngest person to serve as the company’s assistant vice president. After the 2008 housing market crisis forced them to take a different path, David and Anthony took time to travel the world before they came back stateside and decided to try their hands at real estate.
